Raise Your Frequency

You are a human being, and as such, you are made entirely of the fabric of The Universe. The matter that makes up the trees and the stars is no different in terms of physics. We all vibrate at a molecular level and emit a frequency of our own. This is not witchcraft or magic, it’s not fluffy nonsense or spiritual mumbo jumbo; this is science.

When you vibrate at the correct frequency, you become attuned to certain Universal principals in much the same way that a radio tunes in to certain stations. Vibrate at a higher frequency, think positively and beautifully, and you will tune yourself in with all things wonderful and good. Think negatively, expect bad luck, and see only the bad in every situation, and you will tune yourself in with such things and only receive what you perceive to be bad.

It’s not rocket science; nor is it karma, or luck, or any kind of Universal balance sheet…it’s very simple. It’s the Law of Attraction; Albert Einstein, himself, agreed with this principal.

Allow yourself to vibrate at the highest possible frequency and you will be open to receiving all the miracles that The Universe has to offer. It’s quite easy…

Step 1 – Think positive

No more negativity. Easier said than done, right? Perhaps to begin with, but positivity is a habit, and good habits need to be consciously created. Make a concerted effort to be more positive on a day to day basis. When negative thoughts creep into your mind, be aware of them, put a conscious stop to them, and be positive.

Step 2 – Be grateful

And say it out loud. We all have something to be grateful for. Most of us have an abundance of wonderful things to be grateful for. Notice them. Be consciously thankful for them. Have an attitude of gratitude.

Step 3 – Be still

When we quiet the mind, we can hear the soul speak. Sit still and just breathe. Switch off the constant train of thought and listen to the silence. Pay attention to your heartbeat, to the rhythm of your breathing, to the sense of your own body. Even if it’s just for a few minutes, take the time and just be still.

Step 4 – Eat clean

You wouldn’t expect to see beautiful wild flowers and nature at its finest at a toxic chemical dump…you can see where I’m going here, can’t you? Toxins and chemicals in our food have a serious effect on our body and mind. Now, this is a subject that I could wax lyrical about all day long, but for now just take this tiny morsel of advice…if any of its ingredients look like they came out of a science lab, don’t eat it. Why would you want to? Oh, and also, drink more water, it’s good for you.

It’s true that all of these become easier with practice, and some of them will initially feel entirely out of your comfort zone; but it’s important to remember that’s only temporary. You’re reprogramming your body and mind to be more in tune with The Universe at an abundantly pure and natural level, nothing bad can come of that…everything is about to get so much better, you’ll see 🙂
